Overview
Connect Claude to Spark on macOS or Windows to give your agent access to your emails. Ask about your inbox, then let Claude do the work — read threads, organize your inbox, and draft replies without leaving the conversation. Tools are discovered dynamically when Spark Desktop is running, so Claude always sees what’s actually available. Key Features: • Connect any account — Give Claude access to any Spark email account, including Gmail, Outlook, Exchange, iCloud, Yahoo, and IMAP. • Read and search your workspace — Browse and search emails, list folders, read full threads with bodies and attachments, look up contacts, and review meeting transcripts. • Check schedules and availability — Look up calendar events and find mutual availability with teammates. • Manage your calendar — Create, update, delete, and RSVP to events, and invite or remove attendees (send access). • Compose, send, and share drafts — Create new emails, replies, and forwards (with attachments or from saved templates), send them now or schedule them for later, and share them with teammates for review. • Triage conversations — Archive, pin, snooze, move, label, mark as done, share with the team, and assign or delegate messages. • Organize and manage — Reclassify smart categories and manage contacts (block/accept, set category, mark important/primary, toggle auto-summary). • Collaborate in context — Post team chat comments on shared threads. Access and Permissions: Each account and shared inbox has its own access level — read-only, triage, or send — configurable in Spark Desktop > Settings > AI Agents. Write access (drafting, triage, and contact management) and send access (sending drafts and managing calendar events) are only available where you’ve enabled them.
