Overview

AuditTrove reviews user-provided PDF documents: contracts, lease agreements, insurance policies and financial reports. It turns the findings into a clear, page-referenced review with a score. Every finding carries a quotation copied word for word from the document, the page that quotation appears on, and the position of that passage on the page. A finding that cannot be grounded in the document does not enter the report. It supports preliminary decision-making. It does not determine lawfulness or regulatory compliance, and it does not replace professional financial, legal, or investment advice. Documents are not stored.

Reviews a user-provided document (contracts, lease agreements, insurance policies, financial reports and other documents) and returns a structured, page-referenced review with a score and findings. Pass the document's text: use pageTexts when you know the page boundaries, otherwise documentText. Use pdfBase64 only if you can send the raw PDF bytes. The text is sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for analysis. Results are decision-support information only and do not determine lawfulness or compliance, and are not professional financial, legal or investment advice.
