ChatGPTTrainer/captain only. Connect a verified official Nevobo team calendar to the existing scheduled sync. Requires user authorization for ongoing sync and updatedAt from getNevoboSync. This saves configuration only: it does not fetch or import matches immediately. Use searchNevoboTeams to verify club and exact team first; externally verify stale results. Null disconnects without deleting imported matches. Retries use the same requestId.
createEvents
ChatGPTTrainer/captain only. Create up to 100 individual training sessions or matches atomically. For weekly repeating training use createTrainingSeries. Supply explicit dates with offsets; this tool does not create a recurring series or live sync. Before copying competition fixtures, check existing events and follow the server guidance on discovering an official Nevobo calendar. Respect explicit one-time imports.

createTrainingSeries
ChatGPTTrainer/captain only. Create up to 10 weekly training series and 500 total occurrences atomically, each with its own time, location and attendance settings. Use for repeating training; split Monday 20:00 and Wednesday 18:00 into two series in one call. Dates are local and inclusive; timezone defaults to Europe/Amsterdam. Returns series IDs and occurrence counts. Use editEvents for changes to session details (including across the series), getTrainingSeries/editTrainingRecurrence for weekdays, week interval or end date, and deleteEvents to remove occurrences.

Permanently delete up to 100 selections and 500 affected occurrences with related attendance, duties and lineups atomically. scope: single (default), following (selected event and later), or series (including past, also removes the series record). Read anchor updatedAt first. Overlapping selections are rejected. Nevobo sync may recreate imported matches.
editEvents
ChatGPTTrainer/captain only. Edit session details such as location, time, notes, deadlines or optional attendance, including across recurring training. For changes to repeating weekdays, week interval or end date, use editTrainingRecurrence. Edit up to 100 selections and 500 affected occurrences atomically. scope: single (default), following (selected event and later), or series (including past). Read anchor updatedAt first. No type changes; omitted fields stay unchanged. Scoped datetime sets local time in timezone and shifts each date by the anchor’s local date difference, preserving DST. Relative RSVP deadlines follow each occurrence. Overlapping selections are rejected.
editLineups
ChatGPTTrainer/captain only. Create or replace up to five match sets atomically, including court/bench slots and planned substitutions. Each supplied set replaces its slots and substitutions; omitted sets stay unchanged. Exactly one playerId or substituteId per participant. Read getLineups for availability, positions, recommendations and revisions. Empty slots clears a set. Publishing is optional and requires the event revision; drafts remain private until published.
editMyAttendance
ChatGPTEdit or clear your linked player’s attendance for up to 100 events. Requires a linked player; staff membership alone is insufficient. Read RSVP updatedAt first.
editPlayerAttendance
ChatGPTTrainer/captain only. Edit or clear roster players’ attendance, including linked players, as in staff event management. Read RSVP updatedAt first.
editTeamSettings
ChatGPTTrainer only. Edit basic team settings, add/edit roster players, or approve/reject pending claims. Omitted fields and players stay unchanged. removePlayers permanently deletes selected roster entries and their attendance; linked accounts remain. No roster replacement.
editTrainerAttendance
ChatGPTTrainer/captain only. Edit or clear team trainers’ attendance for matches or trainings, up to 100 event/trainer pairs atomically. Read getEvent.trainers for trainer IDs and attendance revisions. status: null clears the record. Omitted substitute fields stay unchanged; null or blank clears them. Only current team trainers can be selected, not roster players or a captain without trainer membership.
editTrainingRecurrence
ChatGPTTrainer/captain only. Change which dates a training repeats on: weekdays, week interval or end date. For ordinary location, time, notes, deadline or optional-attendance edits, use editEvents with single/following/series scope. Replace the weekly recurrence definition and reconcile future occurrences from effectiveFrom (inclusive local date, today or later). Supply the full desired schedule, keeping startDate as the interval anchor. Past/earlier sessions and dates with already-started occurrences stay intact. Omitted attendanceIsOptional preserves retained settings; new dates inherit a common setting, or require an explicit value if mixed/unknown. Matching local dates retain IDs and attendance, with schedule fields updated; removed dates permanently lose their related attendance/duties/lineups; new dates are created. This can restore previously deleted future occurrences. Read getTrainingSeries first.
getAttendanceStats
ChatGPTRead the app’s calculated team and per-player attendance statistics, timeline and beer-coach attendance. Defaults to past, non-optional events. Staff can always read; other team readers require statsPubliclyVisible. Counts reflect RSVP yes, not independently verified attendance.
getChangeHistory
ChatGPTTrainer/captain only. Read who changed what and when, including before/after values. Filter by operationId to inspect a bulk operation. Paginated in groups of 50.
getEvent
ChatGPTRead event details and player attendance with revisions. Staff additionally receive trainers (trainerId, name, attendance including substitute details and updatedAt); null attendance means expectedUpdatedAt: null. Trainer details are staff-only.
getLineups
ChatGPTRead all saved sets for a match, roster positions, availability, substitutes and scheduled set shares. Staff also receive the app’s attendance-based recommended sets and recent attendance. Other team readers can only read published lineups. Use returned per-set updatedAt when editing, or null for a missing set.
getNevoboSync
ChatGPTTrainer/captain only. Read the configured Nevobo calendar URL, enabled state, season restrictions, last successful sync, next scheduled sync and revision. Use before configuring; lastSyncedAt does not guarantee that the latest attempt succeeded.
getTeam
ChatGPTRead team settings and roster. Roster names are independent of account names. Includes pending claims only for trainers. Roster is paginated in groups of 100.
getTrainingSeries

ChatGPTFind official Nevobo club/team codes and calendar URLs from the stored public directory, refreshed on demand. Supply club name or code and optionally team shorthand such as H6, HS 6 or D1. Multiple clubs return candidates with city/code: retry with the chosen code. Never infer the club from H6 alone. Results include exact team, sourceUrl, feedUrl and verifiedAt. Stale cached results must be externally verified before configuring. This only refreshes public discovery data; it does not connect a team or import matches. Paginated in groups of 50.
syncNevoboNow
ChatGPTTrainer/captain only. Fetch the configured official Nevobo calendar and import matches now. Read getNevoboSync first and supply its updatedAt. Returns created/updated/total counts and lastSuccessAt. Preserves attendance and local arrangements. Feed failures roll back all changes; exact retries return the original receipt. Optional logo enrichment is left to scheduled sync.
