BubblaV is an AI chatbot for businesses. It answers your customers' questions 24/7 with what you teach it, and hands chats to your team when needed. With this connector you manage your BubblaV chatbot from Claude: • Check performance: conversations, resolution rate, ratings and response times for any date range. • Find gaps: see the questions your chatbot could not answer, content gaps, and the questions people ask most. • Teach your chatbot: add or remove knowledge, upload documents, and add pages and sitemaps to crawl. • Review conversations: list, read and search conversations, captured leads and visitor insights. • Configure: update the chatbot persona and instructions, the chat widget, the AI search widget, forms, flows and custom webhook tools. • Install: get the embed code that adds the chat widget to your website. No website? You can still use BubblaV. When you connect, choose "I don't have a website", add some text or a file, and get a chat link to share. Requirements: a BubblaV account. When you connect, you sign in to BubblaV and choose one chatbot. Claude can only access that chatbot. Every tool call is logged in the BubblaV dashboard.

bubblav_create_custom_tool

ChatGPTDelete a previously added manual crawl URL (by id from bubblav_list_crawl_urls). Stops re-indexing that page.

ChatGPTPermanently delete a custom webhook tool. This removes the tool and deactivates it from all websites. This action cannot be undone. Use bubblav_list_custom_tools to get the tool ID.
