Overview
Calfo connects your AI assistant to your home's food inventory: pantry, recipes, meal plan and nutrition goals, all stored in your Calfo account. Ask what is about to expire and Calfo lists it soonest-first, marking any dates it estimated. Ask what you can cook and it searches Calfo's recipe catalog, ranked by how many ingredients you already have, with per-serving calories and protein. And if nothing matches your craving, your agent can write a new recipe from your pantry and save it to your library. Log a grocery haul in one sentence, or share a photo and let your assistant read the items in. Mark food as used or tossed, put recipes into breakfast, lunch or dinner slots, and read or adjust your daily calorie and macro targets. Calfo works on the same data as the Calfo iPhone app, so any changes show up in your app right away. If you share a household in Calfo, the pantry and household plan are shared and edits affect every member. Requirements: a Calfo account, created in the Calfo iPhone app. Planning a meal does not deduct ingredients; cooking it in the app does. Meals already marked cooked cannot be removed. Recipe generation has a daily limit set by your Calfo plan. Nutrition figures for agent-written recipes are estimates.
