Overview

Canarics runs AI voice agents that answer and make phone calls for sales and service teams, and analyzes every recorded human call (summary, quality score, sentiment, next steps). This connector lets a team's AI assistant read minute usage, voice agents, call summaries, AI-agent conversations and daily statistics, check history with a specific caller, and request an AI callback to customers the team already knows. Companies without an account can sign up through the assistant: signup produces a claim link where a real person verifies their phone by SMS and accepts the terms, then a trial activates with a demo voice agent generated from the company website. EU-hosted (Google Cloud Run, europe-central2). Read-only by design where it matters: no transcripts, no voice-agent prompt editing, no cold-call capability.

Tools

check_signup_status

ChatGPT
Follow a signup started with start_signup. Poll slowly — the human step takes minutes. Once the person has claimed the link and the trial is live, this returns a one-time read-only Canarics API key for the new team: store it and use it as the Bearer key on this same MCP endpoint (and /api/v1) from then on.

get_contact

ChatGPT
Cross-call history for one phone number: how many touches, last outcome, and recent conversation summaries. Use before deciding how to react to a call or before requesting a callback.

get_daily_call_stats

ChatGPT
Per-day rollups: total/inbound/outbound calls, missed and recovered counts, score sums, total call seconds. Max 90 days per request. Average score for a day = scoreSum / scored.

get_usage

ChatGPT
Minutes used vs the included plan this billing cycle for your Canarics team (AI voice-agent minutes). Also returns the hard cap at which calls stop.

list_agents

ChatGPT
Your team's Canarics AI voice agents: phone number they answer on, language, voice, transfer number, minutes used this cycle.

list_calls

ChatGPT
Recorded HUMAN call summaries (newest first, paginated): counterparty number, direction, AI summary, quality score, sentiment, missed/recovered status. No transcripts. Calls handled by the team's AI voice agents are NOT here — those are in list_conversations; when the person says "calls" without specifying, check both.

list_conversations

ChatGPT
Conversations handled by the team's Canarics AI voice agents (newest first, paginated): caller number, AI summary, quality score, sentiment, action taken, and whether a callback is needed. Human recorded calls live in list_calls instead.

request_callback

ChatGPT
Schedule the team's Canarics AI voice agent to call a customer back. Only works for numbers the team already has call history with (never cold calls). The reason you give becomes the call context the agent speaks from, so ground it in what the customer actually asked. The call is placed by the outbound loop during allowed hours; the analyzed result arrives on the team webhook as call.analyzed.

request_demo_call

ChatGPT
For Canarics trial teams: trigger a live demo call RIGHT NOW to the trial owner's own phone number (the one verified by SMS at signup — no other destination is possible). The AI voice agent, briefed from the company's own website, calls within seconds; the person answers and can role-play their own customer. Use when the person asks to hear the AI in action. Tell them to have their phone ready before calling this.

start_signup

ChatGPT
Begin setting up Canarics (AI voice agents + call analysis) for a company that has no account yet. Returns a claim URL: ALWAYS show that URL to the person immediately and verbatim — it is useless sitting in your context; they open it, sign in, verify their phone by SMS and accept the terms; the trial then provisions itself with a demo AI agent generated from the company website. Keep the returned intentToken to follow progress with check_signup_status. All other Canarics tools need the API key that check_signup_status hands you after the claim. GROUNDING: companyName and website must come from what the person actually told you in this conversation — if either is missing, ask for it; never guess, never use placeholders like "New Company" or example.com. Never ask for or collect a password or any credentials in chat: identity is verified entirely on the claim link.
