Overview
Ciarem AI is a customer-messaging CRM for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat, with an AI agent that answers your customers. This connector lets Claude read your Ciarem workspace so you can catch up, prepare, check on your AI agent and report without leaving the conversation. What you can do: • Inbox: list open, unassigned or your own conversations by channel, find chats by name or message text, and read a full conversation including the team's internal notes. • Contacts: look up a customer or lead by name, phone or email, see their details, funnel stage and recent conversations, and get a brief before a call. • Knowledge base: search what your AI agent answers from, by meaning or by exact wording, to trace which document, text or website made it say something. • Help center: get how-to answers from the Ciarem help articles, in your language. • AI agent (admins): how it is configured (business profile, agents, skills, knowledge bases, catalogs, coaching), its transfer and assignment rules, why it answered, transferred or declined in a specific conversation, how it performed (handled vs transferred, fallbacks, reply latency), the questions it could not answer, every knowledge source in full, and the latest response evaluations. • Team and account (admins): conversation volume per channel, how many chats the AI handled, new leads and chats awaiting reply, the team leaderboard with reply times, and whether the workspace is ready to answer customers and what to fix. Every result links back to Ciarem so you can act on it there. Read-only: the connector never sends messages to customers or changes data. It respects your Ciarem role: agents only see the contacts and conversations assigned to them, and the AI, team and account views are limited to admins.
