Overview

Connect ChatGPT to your Clarier workspace to review your organization’s AI tools, vendor risk reports, AI usage, requests, approvals, and compliance insights. You can prepare a new AI-tool request or tool update, review the proposed changes, and explicitly confirm before Clarier applies them. Clarier uses your existing company membership, role, and permissions.

get_ai_usage_summary

prepare_create_tool_request

Prepare (do NOT submit) a request to add a new AI tool/vendor to the company's estate. Call get_request_form_options first so you can offer the user this company's real fields, hints and choices rather than asking open-ended questions. Returns an action_id plus the COMPLETE field set that will be submitted — present that to the user for confirmation, then call commit_action. Safe to call repeatedly: nothing is submitted until commit.

prepare_update_tool

Prepare (do NOT apply) a metadata update (owner, category, notes) for an existing tool by name. Returns an action_id plus the current and new value of each field — show the user that before/after and get their confirmation, then call commit_action. Admin only. Does NOT change status.
