Overview
Concord brings privacy operations and customer trust into one platform. Concord Privacy covers consent management, policy generation, privacy requests, and data mapping. Concord Trust covers the trust center, security questionnaires, and the GRC program behind them: controls, evidence, frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001, risks, and vendors. This connector puts that data inside your assistant. Ask in plain language how many privacy requests are still open, which cookies still need a consent category, which vendors have never been reviewed, or how much of SOC 2 your controls cover, and the assistant answers from your live Concord data. Read tools cover consent events and rates, privacy requests and their file and lookup activity, the data map and processing activities, policies and their template status, tracker scans, tasks, controls and evidence, framework coverage, risks, and vendors. Controls, risks, and vendors are part of Concord Trust Premium and Enterprise; frameworks are an add-on pack. With write access, the assistant can also log a privacy request, add data systems, vendors, and risks, attach control evidence, classify trackers, run a tracker scan, and create and update tasks. Writes are available on plans with API access once an organization admin turns them on. Tools that change existing records, email someone, or spend Actions are marked destructive. You sign in with your Concord account over OAuth and choose the organization the connection is for. Every request is checked against your own Concord permissions.
