Overview
Configo is a configure-price-quote (CPQ) and manufacturing platform for businesses that sell custom-made products. The Configo MCP server connects an AI assistant directly to your Configo account so it can build and test product configurators for you — turning a product spec, price list, or spreadsheet into a working configurator without clicking through the visual editor. Once connected, Claude can: - List your projects and the materials already defined in each one - Create new materials (fabrics, hardware, components, etc.) and update existing ones — for example, refreshing prices from a new supplier price list - Create a configurator and set its controls, calculations, and parts - Run test calculations for a given input combination (e.g. width, height, fabric choice) and return the resulting price and bill of materials, without creating a real order The assistant only ever acts as the connected user — it can see and change exactly what that user could through the Configo UI, scoped to the projects they belong to. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0. On first connection, Claude requests the projects, materials, and configurators scopes; access can be revoked anytime from Settings → Security in Configo.
