Overview
Convera is a WhatsApp CRM for businesses in Indonesia. This connector lets Claude work with your Convera workspace through the Convera MCP server. What you can do: - Review the WhatsApp Inbox: open and pending conversations, recent messages, and internal notes. - Look up customers, customer groups, and a customer's conversation history. - Draft and manage quick replies (saved reply templates). - Review sales pipelines, stages, and deals, and move deals between stages. - Check AI agents (the WhatsApp auto-reply bot): behavior prompt, handoff rule, and knowledge, and propose improvements for review. - Read automation flows and workspace metrics. Safety: Claude acts only inside the workspace and permissions you approve at sign-in, and within your Convera role. Changes to AI agent behavior or knowledge, automation flow activation, and deletions are sent as requests that a workspace owner or admin approves in Convera. Channel credentials are never returned, and customer email addresses and phone numbers are masked in AI answer samples. Sign in with your Convera account (OAuth). You can disconnect at any time in Convera under Settings, AI connection (MCP).
