Overview
ConverZAP is a WhatsApp CRM built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), with a shared inbox, contacts, sales pipeline, campaigns, automations and AI agents. With this connector, Claude works inside your ConverZAP account with the permissions you choose when you connect — and never more than you can do in the app. Read: see which conversations are waiting for a reply or were handed over by the AI agent, read a conversation with its 24-hour window status, find contacts by phone, name or label, open a contact's deals and history, list approved message templates, and get inbox, campaign and automation results. Act (only if you grant write permissions): reply or schedule a WhatsApp message, assign, label, snooze or resolve conversations, add internal notes, pause or resume the AI agent, create or update contacts and deals, create campaign drafts and start them, and enroll contacts in automations. Built-in safety: WhatsApp rules are enforced by the server (free text only inside the 24-hour window, otherwise an approved template; opted-out contacts are blocked). Every write tool supports a dry run that shows what would happen without doing it, repeated calls are not executed twice, and messages have their own per-connection limit. Messages written by your contacts are flagged as untrusted content. Requires a ConverZAP account on the Vendas, Completo or Enterprise plan (read-only during the free trial). WhatsApp messaging fees are charged by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account.
