add_photo_from_chat
ChatGPTUse this in ChatGPT when the owner attaches a photo in the chat and wants it on their website. Saves a private draft. Do not use in Claude, where attachments can't reach the website: use request_photo_upload instead.
add_section
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants a new section on a page, such as reviews, an FAQ, a photo gallery, a services list or a call to action. Use a type from get_site_overview's sectionTypes and give its text in English and Spanish (write the Spanish if they only gave English, and show it). Photo spots start as placeholders; offer request_photo_upload next. Saves a private draft. Do not use for a kind of section that isn't in sectionTypes: tell the owner Digital Vibes can add new section types.
discard_changes
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants to throw away all unpublished changes. Confirm with them first. The live website isn't affected. Do not use to reverse something already published (use undo_last_publish).
get_preview
ChatGPTUse this after any change, and whenever the owner asks to see their changes: returns private preview links (valid 48 hours), one per changed page, in English and Spanish, showing the draft exactly as it would look live. Give the owner the link for the page they changed and ask them to check it. If it says building, call it again after the suggested wait. Do not use to make changes live (use publish_changes after the owner approves).
get_preview_status
ChatGPTOnly the preview card calls this. Says whether the preview is ready and returns it when it is.
get_publish_status
ChatGPTOnly the publish card calls this. Says whether the latest publish is live yet.
get_site_overview
ChatGPTUse this when the owner asks what's on their website, or before any edit: it returns the business info, every page with its sections (ids, types, English and Spanish text, photos), the section types that can be added, and whether there's an unpublished draft. Always call it first and use its ids. Read-only. Do not use it to change anything.
get_upload_status
ChatGPTOnly the upload card calls this. Says whether the photo for an upload link has arrived.
move_section
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants a section higher or lower on its page: place it after another section on the same page, or first. Saves a private draft. Do not use to move a section to a different page.
publish_changes
ChatGPTUse this only when the owner has seen the preview and clearly says to publish (for example "yes, publish" or "publícalo"). Makes the draft live on the real website in about 1 to 2 minutes; refuses if the preview isn't ready. Do not call it on your own initiative or right after an edit without the owner's approval.
remove_image
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants a photo taken out of a gallery (by position) or an optional photo spot cleared. Required photo spots can only be replaced, not removed. Saves a private draft. Do not use to replace a photo (use request_photo_upload or replace_image_from_url).
remove_section
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants a whole section taken off a page (its text and photos go with it). Confirm with the owner first. The hero banner and the hours-and-contact section are required and can't be removed. Saves a private draft. Do not use to remove a single item inside a section (use update_section).
replace_image_from_url
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants to use a photo that's already online, such as on their Instagram or Google profile, and gives a direct link to the image file (JPG, PNG or WebP, under 15 MB). Saves a private draft. Do not use for a web page link that isn't an image, or for a photo on their device (use request_photo_upload).
request_photo_upload
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants to add or replace a photo from their phone or computer. Creates a private upload link (valid 30 minutes) to give them; after they say it's done, call get_preview. Do not use for a photo attached in a ChatGPT chat (use add_photo_from_chat) or a photo that's already online (use replace_image_from_url).
show_preview_card
ChatGPTUse this right after get_preview returns status ready, to show the owner a card with the preview links and Publish / Discard buttons. Pass get_preview's url and changedPages unchanged. After the card, keep your reply to one short sentence and don't repeat the links. Do not use before get_preview, or when the preview is still building.
show_site_card
ChatGPTUse this when the owner asks what's on their website or page: call it on its own, as the first tool of that turn (no get_site_overview first; it returns the sections and any unpublished changes itself). Shows a card with a picture of the live page, its sections, unpublished changes and a link. After the card, reply in one or two short sentences and don't list the sections or changes again. Do not use to show a draft (use get_preview) or before an edit (use get_site_overview).
undo_last_publish
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants to reverse the most recent publish. It creates a draft that undoes it, which then needs get_preview and publish_changes like any change. Only works when there's no other unpublished draft. Do not use for unpublished changes (use discard_changes).
update_business_info
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants to change the business name, phone, email, address, opening hours (including closed days or open 24 hours), social links, service area or online booking link. These feed every call button, the footer and Google's business data. Saves a private draft; nothing goes live until publish_changes. Page text that mentions hours is separate: also update it with update_text. Do not use for other wording on the site (use update_text).
update_image_alt
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants to change a photo's description (alt text), which screen readers and Google use, in English and/or Spanish. Saves a private draft. Do not use to replace the photo itself.
update_section
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants to change a section's text fields or its list of items (add, edit or remove a service, FAQ question or review). To add one item, send the full list including it. Keep English and Spanish in step. Saves a private draft. Do not use to move or delete the whole section (use move_section or remove_section).
update_text
ChatGPTUse this when the owner wants to reword existing text on the site (headlines, paragraphs, button labels, menu names), in English and/or Spanish, using the keys from get_site_overview. When they change one language, write the other yourself and show it to them. Saves a private draft. Do not use for business info like phone or hours (use update_business_info), for adding a list item (use update_section), or for SEO titles (meta.*), which are locked.
