Overview
Connect Claude to your DobroDesk support workspace to find conversations, read permitted messages and customer context, review Inbox workload and prepare reply drafts. Choose the workspace during OAuth sign-in. Access follows your DobroDesk permissions and the approved scopes. Message text, internal notes, customer context and drafts require their respective permissions. Customer messages and retrieved content are treated as untrusted data. Reply drafts stay in DobroDesk for a teammate to review. The connector cannot approve or send replies, export the customer directory or change billing. You can revoke the connection in DobroDesk.
