Overview
Doc247 creates business documents as PDFs straight from your Claude chat: invoices, quotes and estimates, purchase orders, proforma invoices, credit notes and packing slips (delivery notes). Describe what you need in plain words, for example "bill Acme for 10 hours of consulting at 120 EUR with 19% VAT". Doc247 fills in your saved company details, gives the document the next sequential number (INV-0001, QUO-0001 and so on), calculates line totals, tax, shipping and the grand total, and returns a PDF download link. Your documents are kept, so you can list them later, fetch a fresh download link, or turn one into the next step without retyping: an accepted quote into an invoice, a proforma into the final invoice, or an invoice into a credit note or packing slip. Supports 150+ currencies, per-line tax rates, tax-inclusive prices, A4 and Letter paper, your logo, bank details and payment terms. Doc247 creates documents only: it does not read or analyze existing invoice files, send email, take payments or file taxes.
