get_finance_summary
ChatGPTReturns the partner's finance summary as shown in the partner portal: commission totals (accrued, paid, due, pending) and the latest commission lines by customer and product, the finance account balance with open and overdue amounts, and the partner statements with period, status, net amount and objection deadline. Money is in integer cents with a currency code. Commission rates and the sale amounts behind each commission line are not provided. Only users with finance access can see it, as in the portal.
get_overview

get_report_summary
ChatGPTReturns the findings summary of one of the reseller's own Dr. Compliance reports (DADD, DAI, FAS), computed exactly as the report pages compute it: counts per tier (critical, to verify, to fix) for the whole report, per area (privacy & consent, accessibility, rights & licences, operational risk) and per audit module, and for every asset (domain, subdomain, PDF, app) its 0-100 module scores and finding counts. It answers what a report found, how many issues it has and which assets are most affected. Findings are signals to verify, not legal verdicts. The report link and detailed evidence are not included.
get_token_balance
ChatGPTReturns the partner's token wallet: balance, pending payment (when the balance is negative), the USD value of one token and the latest movements, plus the Doctor Compliance operations contact for loading tokens. Tokens are spent when a quote is accepted. A low or zero balance does not block accepting a quote: the tokens are still deducted, the balance goes negative and the shortfall becomes a pending payment (due).
list_contracts
ChatGPTLists the partner's contracts with Doctor Compliance: number, title, status, signature channel, effective and completion dates, whether the partner's signature is awaited, and the expiry date of a power of attorney. Contract files are not included; they are available in the partner portal.
list_notifications
ChatGPTLists the partner user's latest notifications, newest first: type, title, short text, date, whether it was read and the quote or report it refers to. It answers questions such as "what is new" or "what happened since last week".

preview_quote_request
ChatGPTPrices a quote request without creating anything and returns a confirmation_id valid for 15 minutes, which submit_quote_request requires. Inputs: product (from list_products), customer (from find_customer or register_customer), the websites and apps to audit or just the number of assets, and the number of legal entities. Returns the counted domains, subdomains and apps, and the package and estimated price; pricing "quoted_by_operations" means Doctor Compliance operations will prepare the price.
register_customer
ChatGPTRegisters a new customer (company) under the partner's account so a quote can be requested for it. Only the company name is required; website domain, country and contact e-mail are optional. If a customer with the same or a similar name or domain already exists, nothing is registered and the matches are returned; confirm_new=true registers a different company with a similar name. Exact duplicates are rejected.
search_faq
ChatGPTSearches the Doctor Compliance partner FAQ (products, process, reports, account) and returns matching questions with their answers. Without a query it lists all questions.
submit_quote_request
ChatGPTOpens the quote request that preview_quote_request priced. Requires that preview's confirmation_id and the same arguments; the request is rejected if the arguments differ from the preview or the confirmation expired or was used. Doctor Compliance operations then prepares the quote, and the request appears in list_quotes.
