get_product_details
ChatGPTReturns full details for one Dýrabær product (description, ingredients, feeding guide, all sizes with variant ids, stock) and displays it as a product card.
get_shop_policies
ChatGPTAnswer questions about Dýrabær's delivery, free shipping, returns, exchanges, gift cards and terms, from the live policy pages on dyrabaer.is.
get_store_info
ChatGPTDýrabær's six stores (Smáralind, Kringlan, Grafarvogur, Akranes, Reykjanesbær, Akureyri): addresses, opening hours, whether each is open right now, phone and contact.
search_pet_knowledge
ChatGPTSearches Dýrabær's pet-care knowledge base, written in Icelandic by the store's specialists: nutrition by life stage and size, sensitive stomach and skin, weight, treats and chew safety, training, walking gear, grooming, litter, behaviour, parasites, travel, breeds, and the brands Dýrabær sells (Barking Heads, Canagan, AATU, Pala, Yora, Dr. Clauder's and more). Works best with Icelandic queries. Each result includes catalog search terms for related products.
search_products
ChatGPTSearches Dýrabær's live product catalog (dyrabaer.is): food, treats, chews, toys, leashes, grooming, litter, beds and more for dogs, cats, small animals and birds. Accepts 1-5 short Icelandic queries in one call (brand, product line, life stage or need), e.g. ["Barking Heads Puppy", "hvolpafóður stórir hundar"]. Returns matching products with product ids, prices in ISK, sizes, variant ids and stock.
show_cart
ChatGPTAdds products (by variant id and quantity) to the user's Dýrabær basket, which is kept in their browser, and displays the basket with total, free-delivery progress and a checkout button that opens dyrabaer.is. An empty items list just displays the current basket. No payment or order happens here.
show_products
ChatGPTDisplays 1-6 Dýrabær products as interactive cards with photo, price, price per kg, size choice and an add-to-basket button. Each pick can carry a one-sentence Icelandic reason shown on the card and an optional short badge (e.g. "Aðalval", "Hagkvæmast"). Read-only: the cards themselves let the user add items to their basket.
