Overview

FlexWaiver helps businesses and event organizers collect signed digital waivers and keep participant paperwork organized. With FlexWaiver in ChatGPT, you can find your waivers, share signing links, and review submissions—all from your conversation. Open the interactive waiver dashboard to browse and search submissions, or coordinate an upcoming event with signing requests and email invitations. A FlexWaiver account with an existing published waiver is required. Create and publish waivers in the FlexWaiver web app. Email invitations require an event; reusable signing links can be shared without one. Access is limited to the organizations and permissions available to your connected account.

Tools

create_event

ChatGPT
Only when requested, create an optional event pinned to a published waiver for scheduled or grouped activity. Never needed to share an evergreen waiver or look up its submissions. Does not email anyone. Requires owner/admin and write scope. Dates use ISO 8601 offsets; timezone is IANA. Public enrollment is opt-in.

create_signing_request

ChatGPT
Optional event workflow only: create a signing request for one event participant without emailing them. Provide a name or email. Requires owner/admin and write scope. For an evergreen waiver, share its public signing link instead; do not create an event as a workaround.

get_event

ChatGPT
Get an event, its pinned waiver version, dates and public enrollment availability.

get_waiver

ChatGPT
Get an existing waiver’s title, description, current version, publication state, and reusable public signing link. Drafts have no signing link. Share a published waiver directly without creating an event. Does not return participant answers or document content.

list_event_attendees

ChatGPT
Find who still needs to sign, who is checked in, and who needs staff attention. Counts cover the whole event; attendees are paginated and filtered.

list_events

ChatGPT
Optional event workflow: list active, closed, or archived waiver events (batches). Evergreen waivers and their submissions do not require events.

list_organizations

ChatGPT
Find the organizations available to your connected account. Use a returned organizationId in subsequent tools.

list_signing_requests

ChatGPT
Find signing requests and invitation email status for an event. Returns request IDs for emailing a specific recipient, never private signing credentials.

list_waiver_submissions

ChatGPT
Find who has submitted a waiver, newest first, across all its versions, with optional name/email search and pagination. Optional checked=true|false filters each participant by their latest standalone check before pagination; event checks do not affect this filter. Works without events and also includes event-associated submissions. Returns identity, submitted date, version, and upload readiness only. No raw answers, signatures, files, or signing credentials. An empty search is not proof someone has never signed; honor pagination and the selected waiver. Without an expected roster, missing signers and completion rates are unknown.

list_waivers

ChatGPT
Find existing waivers, publication state, submission counts, and reusable public signing links in an organization. Start here for everyday evergreen waiver use; no event is needed. Counts are submission records, not unique people or an expected roster.

open_event_dashboard

ChatGPT
Open the optional event view for completion counts and paginated attendees. Prefer open_waiver_dashboard for everyday waiver links and submissions without events. Retained for existing event workflows.

open_waiver_dashboard

ChatGPT
Open the primary FlexWaiver dashboard: choose an organization and waiver to view its public signing link, submission totals, and searchable submitted records. No event is needed. Evergreen waivers have no expected roster or completion percentage. Use view="events" only when the user wants optional event coordination.

send_waiver_invitation

ChatGPT
Optional event workflow: queue a real invitation email to the recipient on an existing event signing request. Use list_signing_requests to identify the recipient and current status first. Requires owner/admin and send scope. Sending is an external action; queued does not mean delivered. This does not email evergreen public links independently.
