Overview
Halict turns a form into work you can finish. Describe the form you want in a sentence and Halict builds the questions, gives you a link to share, and starts collecting answers within a minute. Respondents see one question at a time, so long forms still get completed. Every response keeps its own owner and status, replies go out from the same screen, and opens are recorded, so nothing is lost between the submission and the answer. From ChatGPT you can create and publish forms, read the answers that came in, move a response to the next stage, and leave notes for your team.

list_forms

list_responses
ChatGPTList the responses to a form, newest first, with each answer, the respondent name and email, stage, assignee, and tags. Also returns the stages and team members to use with update_response. Filter by text, stage, or submission date.
set_form_status
ChatGPTChange whether a form accepts responses. published makes it public at its URL, closed stops new responses and keeps the collected ones, draft hides it again.
update_form
ChatGPTChange the title or intro text of a form. Fields you pass replace the current values.
update_form_questions
ChatGPTReplace the question list of a form. Send every question to keep, with its ID from get_form, plus new questions without an ID, in the new order. A question left out is deleted together with its answers, so the call is refused if any existing question is missing unless allowRemoval is true. Choices keep their collected answers when their text is unchanged.
update_response
ChatGPTMove a response to another stage, assign it to a team member, or replace its tags. Get stage IDs and member account IDs from list_responses. Tags you pass replace the current tags. Stage changes notify the channels set up on the form, as they do in the app.
