Overview
HAVN connects ChatGPT to your real estate workspace. With HAVN, agents and teams can ask ChatGPT for scoped, permission-aware help with properties, open houses, contacts, leads, tasks, media, analytics, and seller reports. ChatGPT can find relevant HAVN records, summarize activity, prepare seller updates, surface property photos and files, and help create or update supported records when you explicitly ask. Access follows your HAVN role and agency permissions, so users only see and act on the data they are allowed to use. You can rotate or revoke MCP access from HAVN Settings at any time. HAVN is built for agents who want fewer scattered notes, cleaner lead capture, better follow-through, and a more organized workflow after every property visit.
