HORIZON SHIELD checks whether a Japanese construction or renovation estimate is fair. Give it a work type and a quoted price, and it compares the amount against fair-price ranges curated from 30 years of on-site construction experience, flags overcharge risk, and explains unit prices. It also detects common high-pressure sales phrases. Backed by JCCDB, an open construction-cost dataset of 65,729 items across 398 categories.
