Overview
HMS Flow lets hotels that run HMS Otel Programı query their property data and handle everyday front-office tasks from inside ChatGPT, in natural language. What you can do: • List today's arrivals, departures and in-house guests • Check room status, free rooms and availability for a date range • Create, update and cancel bookings, check guests in and out • Search and edit guest profiles • Occupancy, revenue, collection, expense and cash-flow reports • Booking folio, payment entry and balance tracking • Mark rooms clean, dirty or out of use Security: when connecting you sign in with your HMS username, password and hotel code. Every action runs with your own HMS permissions and only for your own hotel. ChatGPT asks for your confirmation before any action that creates, changes or deletes data. Requires an HMS Otel Programı account.
