Open an on-device transcriber when the user wants speech from their own audio or video file turned into text or subtitles. The user chooses the local file in the widget; this tool receives no recording or transcript. The widget only sends transcript text to ChatGPT if the user explicitly asks it to. An anonymous daily app-open count is recorded.
