Overview
Define bounded benchmarks, evaluate supplied evidence, record local certificates, schedule recertification and inspect audits. These are service records, not accredited or official certifications. Internal benchmark levels only; external industry-standard certification issuance is BLOCKED. Settings/document evidence checks are not external security audits. Uses an existing Klisten account and product-scoped OAuth authorization.
