Overview

Kunskapskartan maps the Swedish national curriculum for compulsory school, Lgr22 (grades 1–9), into about 1,300 concepts across 19 subjects, linked by what each one builds on. Ask what pupils learn about a topic or in a subject and grade, what a concept requires first and why, or in what order to teach or study something. Answers quote the curriculum text verbatim from Skolverket and link to each concept's page and its place on the interactive 3D map at kunskapskartan.se. Questions can be asked in Swedish or English. Made for teachers, parents, teacher students and anyone who wants to understand what Swedish schools teach. Limitations: it covers the central content of each subject syllabus in compulsory school (grundskolan) grades 1–9: not preschool or upper secondary school, grading criteria, the timetable or the curriculum's general part on values and goals. The curriculum text is quoted as published; the split into concepts, the explanations, the English translations and the prerequisite links are Kunskapskartan's interpretation, not Skolverket's. The plugin only reads public data: it needs no account and changes nothing.
