Overview
Madoake (マドアケ) is a reception tool that combines booking pages for meetings, seminar registration pages and inquiry forms in one admin screen, and records where each customer came from. It started as the in-house booking system of a Japanese company and is built for businesses anywhere in the world. With this connector, Claude can: - List upcoming bookings with customer and source (e-mail campaign, ads, trade show QR code, etc.) - Check open time slots of a booking page, based on the hosts' Google or Microsoft 365 calendars - List seminars, sessions, registrants and form responses - Create booking pages, forms, seminars and tracking links - Read and change the same settings as the admin screen: hours, questions, hosts, sessions, automatic e-mails and more - Create brands to publish pages under a different name, logo and color, and upload images - Search Madoake's help pages to answer how-to and setup questions Example prompts: - "List this week's bookings with company names and sources." - "Create a draft seminar for business owners on Dec 3, 14:00-15:00, online." - "How many bookings did the newsletter tracking link bring?" Pages created by Claude are saved as drafts, so a person reviews them before publishing. The connector has no delete, cancel or e-mail sending tools. It acts as the member who connected and sees only what that member can see.
