Overview
Manage your Make Agent Fast customer-service agents from Claude. Review conversations across your website, voice and connected messaging channels; see reports, leads and unanswered questions; and improve answers using your approved knowledge. Ask Claude to list your agents, summarize recent activity, read a conversation, or find questions your agent could not answer. You can also create a draft agent from a website, test an agent, add knowledge, save a corrected answer, qualify a lead, reply to a customer, and turn the website chat widget on or off. Connect your Make Agent Fast account and choose the company Claude can access. The connector uses that company's permissions. It does not expose payment details, team members or channel credentials. Customer replies and other changes should be reviewed before approval.
