Overview
ManageYourGym connects Claude to your ManageYourGym account, so you can ask about your business in plain words instead of digging through reports. It's built for gyms, personal training studios and fitness studios: yoga, pilates, CrossFit, martial arts and more. Ask things like: - How is the business doing this month? Revenue, active members, check-ins and renewals at a glance. - Who owes money, and how much in total? - Whose membership expires this week, and who hasn't visited in a while? - When are our busiest hours? How do our branches compare? - What's on the class schedule, and who's booked in? - Which PT sessions are coming up, and which trainers are free on Monday morning? - Which leads need a follow-up today? - How much do we owe our trainers this month? It can also make everyday changes for you: book, reschedule or cancel PT sessions, record a session's outcome, create classes, and assign workout programs and diet plans. Changes are off unless your business allows them and you tick "Allow changes" when you connect, and every change is shown to you first and only happens after you confirm it. You only ever see your own business's data, with the same permissions you have in the ManageYourGym app. Member phone numbers stay hidden unless the business chooses to share them. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Connected apps. Requires a ManageYourGym account (owner, admin or staff).
