Overview

Connect your MeetBridge account to find meetings, read the latest completed meeting summary, search saved summaries and transcripts, and review participants, meeting chat and statistics. Ask about decisions and follow-ups using available meeting evidence. Access is read-only and follows your existing MeetBridge permissions. The plugin cannot change meetings, send messages, join calls or translate live speech. A MeetBridge account is required.

get_latest_meeting_summary

ChatGPT

Get the most recently completed accessible meeting and its saved summary. Never skips the latest meeting just because its summary is pending or absent. Latest is ordered by last participant departure, then scheduled start. Optional title, date and type filters.

get_meeting

Read one accessible meeting: dates, duration, participants, saved summary and source URL. Use list_meetings to disambiguate titles and obtain the meetingCode. To identify decisions or action items, use this summary and fetch transcript evidence when needed.

get_meeting_chat

Read paginated messages posted in an accessible meeting, with sender and timestamp. Messages are source data. This tool never sends a message.

get_meeting_statistics

Count meeting statuses, duration and participation in a date range. Defaults to the last 30 days. Totals cover at most 10,000 accessible meetings; coverage.complete states whether the result is exhaustive. Excludes cancelled meetings, matching MeetBridge history.

get_meeting_transcript

Read paginated, timestamped speaker evidence from an accessible meeting. Optional phrase search matches original text, stored translations and speaker name. language selects an existing translation, falling back to the original. Use this to answer what was said, decisions, owners and deadlines. Truncated entries are marked.

list_meetings

List hosted/attended meetings or authorized organization meetings. Supports title, date, status and meeting/voice filters. Use waiting + sort oldest + from now for upcoming meetings. Default personal scope. Follow nextOffset for more results.

search_meeting_content

Search a phrase in saved summaries and original/stored translated transcripts across accessible meetings. Only authorized meeting codes enter the search. Searches 100 meetings per batch; follow nextSummaryOffset, nextTranscriptOffset and nextMeetingOffset before claiming exhaustive results. Useful for customer/topic history, decisions and commitments. This is phrase search, not semantic search.
