Overview
Metaventus is a European business suite (CRM, sales, marketing, meetings, telephony). This connector gives Claude secure access to two of its hubs, within the permissions of the signed-in user. CRM — search contacts and companies across your workspace, open a record with its activity timeline (calls, meetings, notes, tasks, campaigns), find duplicates, create or update records, link a contact to a company and add notes. Meetings — list your meeting types, find available slots, list and open upcoming meetings, book a meeting, reschedule it, add or remove invitees, or cancel it. Every action runs as the connected user: Claude only sees and changes what that user can see and change in Metaventus (role-based permissions, workspace scope). Write and destructive tools are clearly annotated so Claude asks before changing data. Workspace administrators can allow, review and revoke connected AI apps at any time from the Metaventus admin center, and every call is recorded in an audit log. Authentication uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; no password is ever shared with Claude.
