Overview
MOON Chat is an AI sales chatbot for online shops and company websites (Gomag, Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and presentation sites). It answers visitors from the real product catalog or website content and collects leads. This connector lets shop owners ask Claude about their chatbot: - Which leads came in this week, with name, phone, email and the page where the chat happened - What visitors asked, conversation by conversation - Where the bot did not know how to answer, so the owner can improve it - Totals of conversations, leads and messages for any period It is read-only. It never changes settings, never sends messages and cannot see platform keys. Each connection is tied to one shop through an API key the owner generates in the MOON Chat panel and can revoke at any time.
