my_action_items
ChatGPTEverything currently stuck, and — the part that decides the answer — whether it is stuck on YOU, on MOOSYC, or on a COLLABORATOR who has not accepted a split. Covers releases sent back for changes (with the reviewer's own list of what to fix), untouched drafts, releases in review, failed deliveries, split invitations in both directions, payout method and withdrawal eligibility, and expiring artist slots. There is no screen that shows this; it is the starting point for 'what should I do next', and each queue carries a drill_down that opens it. The three counts are separate queues, not one combined backlog.
my_ads
ChatGPTThe Instagram and Facebook ads that point at your MOOSYC links, read from the Meta ad account you connected: what was spent, how many fans tapped through to a streaming service and what one such tap cost, judged against what artists usually pay; every campaign with its budget, end date, autopilot verdict and each of its ads with what it shows; the countries the money went to; and what is worth doing next. Use it for 'how are my ads doing', 'which ad works best', 'is my campaign worth the money', 'what should I promote'. Ad money is in the ad account's currency, which may not be USD. Read-only: nothing here starts, pauses or changes a campaign.
my_earnings
ChatGPTWhat you have actually been paid, and from where: lifetime totals split into owner royalties, your share of other people's tracks, and referral rewards; the settled total for a window; and a breakdown by store, country, month, release or track. Also carries a projection for the streams no statement covers yet — clearly separated, because it is not money. The window is anchored to the newest statement month, NOT to today: royalty statements arrive weeks late, so a today-anchored 'last 30 days' would report zero and read as 'you earned nothing'. as_of names the newest statement month covered. Plays rather than money are in my_streams; what is withdrawable is in my_payouts.
my_overview
ChatGPTOne call for 'how am I doing': account and subscription state, wallet balance, lifetime earnings split into what you earned as owner, as a split collaborator and from referrals, an estimate for the streams no statement covers yet, streams over a window, your artists, and your catalogue counted by status. It is the starting point for 'how am I doing'; my_action_items covers what needs doing, my_earnings where the money came from, my_streams where the plays came from, and my_release one release in full.
my_payouts
ChatGPTWhether money can be withdrawn right now and, when it cannot, exactly which condition is failing: the balance floor, a missing payout method, or a request already in flight. Also lists past withdrawals with their outcome, including why a declined one was declined. It answers 'when do I get paid' and 'why can't I withdraw'. Account details are deliberately never returned — only which kind of method is on file. This tool cannot request a payout; nothing here writes.
my_release
ChatGPTResolve one of your releases by id, UPC, ISRC or name and return the whole picture in one call: where it sits in approval and distribution and how long it has been there, what is blocking it in the reviewer's own words, where people can actually listen to it (smartlink page, per-store links, and which expected stores are still missing), its tracks with their ISRCs and split state, and its earnings and streams. This is the 'why is my release not out yet' tool. If the query matches more than one release, a candidate list comes back instead, each with the id that resolves it.
my_releases
ChatGPTSearch and filter your own releases: by name, UPC, ISRC or artist; by approval and distribution state; and by a window on whichever date the question means — including every approval and distribution timestamp. Sort with order_by, page with offset. Two distinctions decide most answers. (1) approval is where a release sits NOW; date_field='submitted_at' is when it was submitted, whatever it became since — 'my 5 most recent submissions' means order_by='-submitted_at', not approval='Submitted'. (2) Sorting and filtering are independent: order_by picks the order, date_field plus the window picks the set. One release in full is my_release; what is stuck is my_action_items; performance is my_streams and my_earnings.
my_splits
ChatGPTBoth sides of your collaborator shares in one call: OUTGOING, the cuts you promised other people on your own tracks, and INCOMING, the cuts you hold on tracks somebody else owns — each with its status, whether an invitation has lapsed, and how much has actually been paid through it so far. The status is what decides the money: an unaccepted split earns its holder nothing, and its share is paid to the release owner in the meantime rather than being held back. Nothing is back-paid when a split is finally accepted.
my_streams
ChatGPTTotal streams over a window, optionally broken down by store, month, release, track or artist, plus your lifetime TikTok engagement as a clearly separate block. The window ends at the newest day loaded, NOT at today, because stream data arrives in batches — as_of names that newest day, so a reporting gap is not a drop in plays. Money rather than plays is in my_earnings.
