ChatGPTFetch one Session, Journal, or transcript owned by the signed-in user by its mori:// URI. Use mori://transcript/current for the in-progress transcript. Without since or after, it returns utterances that do not belong to a finalized Session yet. For requests like "the last N minutes" or "since a given time", set since on the first call. To continue, pass the previous next_after as after unchanged, and repeat while has_more is true. If utterances is empty, there are no unfinalized utterances (without since or after) or no new utterances after the given position (with since or after). Utterance text has no added speaker prefix. is_own_voice is true for the signed-in user's own voice, false for someone else, and omitted when unknown. Summaries are not a separate object; read them from the Session or Journal.
