MusicCheck screens an audio or video file for passages that match commercial recordings, so creators can catch problems before publishing. Submit a publicly reachable media URL; MusicCheck samples it in windows and reports every window where a commercial recording was detected, with timestamps, the matched title and artist, and a plain-language verdict. Screening runs in the background: Claude submits the job, then polls for the result. Anyone can verify a MusicCheck report ID that someone shows them, without an account, to confirm that the screening really happened and what it concluded. A screening result is technical evidence of detected matches, not legal advice or a licence. Starting a screening is a paid call on the user's WIA account (WIA MCP Pro plan or credits); reading results and verifying reports are free.
