Overview
Olatti is a VoIP business phone system for small UK teams: real UK numbers, calling from desktop, mobile, web and supported desk phones, team messaging, video meetings, call recording and call transcription. This connector brings your Olatti telephony into Claude. Sign in with your Olatti account. Claude can then list and filter your call history by caller, number, tag, date, or internal and external calls. It can read a call's AI summary and full transcript, search your contacts by name, company or number, and show who you've spoken to most recently. It can read your direct messages and group chats, and place a call from one of your own devices to a UK landline, mobile, freephone number or extension. When you ask, it can send a message as you to a colleague or an existing chat, once you've approved the wording. Claude sees only what you can see in Olatti. Transcripts and AI call summaries need the Plus or Unlimited plan; the connector works on every plan. Voice, transcription and summarisation run on our own infrastructure, in our own UK data centres. Example prompts: - Which external calls did I get yesterday, and who were they from? - Summarise my last call with Jamie and list what I said I'd do. - Find the number for our accountant, Priya, and call her from my desk phone. - Read my last call with Jamie and message Sam what Jamie asked for.
