Overview
OrderInChat powers online stores that sell through their website, WhatsApp and Instagram. With OrderInChat Shopping, customers of these stores can shop from Claude. - Find products: search a store's live catalog, see prices, stock, variants, options and add-ons. - Ask before you buy: shipping rates by country, return policy, FAQ, payment methods, active coupons, bookable services and availability. - Build a cart: Claude checks every required variant and option, then creates a cart and gives you a link. You review, enter delivery details and pay on the store's own website. Claude never pays or places orders. - Your orders: see your orders at a store, their status and tracking, and ask the store to change the delivery address, cancel or start a return. Claude only sends the request; the store decides, and the order itself is not changed by Claude. Start from a store's "Order with Claude" button, or name the store in chat (for example "I want to shop at OrderInChat Demo"). Stores are not listed; Claude finds a store by its name or link. Sign in once with WhatsApp or an email code; one sign-in works at every participating store. Stores pay for the AI usage, not shoppers.
