get_integration
ChatGPTRead one configured integration's name, provider, status, and connection timestamps. Obtain its public id from list_integrations. Does not expose credentials or fetch live provider data.
get_integration_setup
ChatGPTPrepare installation of an integration by returning its browser authorization/setup link. The assistant displays a card with a button the user must click. Only prepares the link; never claim it is installed. The user completes OAuth or enters setup details in the browser, never in chat. After they finish, verify with list_integrations. The browser must be signed into the same company.
get_main_number
ChatGPTDeprecated compatibility alias. Use get_business_number instead.
get_message
ChatGPTRetrieve a persisted message and its current delivery state. Returns type message with a separate format (currently sms). Incoming SMS from may be an alphanumeric sender ID rather than a phone number; these IDs cannot receive replies. Requires the company messaging feature. Includes attachment metadata when Message attachments is enabled; use get_message_attachment for a short-lived download link.
get_message_attachment
ChatGPTRetrieve inbound message attachment metadata and a download link valid for five minutes when ready. Pending downloads return null download_url and expires_at. list_application_webhook_deliveries
ChatGPTRead sanitized webhook delivery attempts across all customer installations of an application owned by your publishing company. Requires publisher API-key or legacy credentials and the Applications feature; customer installation OAuth tokens cannot access this log. Retains metadata for 30 days after each attempt, including after disconnect. Identifies customers by company public ID only. Never includes company names, payloads, receiver responses, URLs, or secrets. Returns up to 50 newest attempts, next_before for pagination, and daily_counts with UTC date, successful and errored counts across all matching attempts independent of pagination. Missing days have zero counts; errors include connection failures.

list_calls
ChatGPTList recent calls or search transcription and caller context, optionally filtered by business number, phone number, direction, state, or time range. For reports, follow next_cursor with the same filters until null to retrieve the complete period; never present the first page as complete totals. Search results are capped and cannot be paginated.
list_contacts
ChatGPTList contacts on the account, optionally filtered by phone number.
list_departments
ChatGPTList departments, their routing descriptions and employee memberships. Each department has one shared FIFO queue across business numbers.
list_employees
ChatGPTList employees on the authenticated account.

ChatGPTList available integration providers and their browser setup links. These are installation options, not current connections; use list_integrations for current connections. No integration is installed until the user completes the browser setup.
list_integrations
ChatGPTList the account's configured integrations, including built-in connections and installed company-owned OAuth applications (provider: partner), in connected, disconnected, or error states. Returns names, providers, and connection timestamps, never credentials. Use get_integration_setup for built-in providers; company-owned apps initiate their own OAuth authorization.
list_main_numbers
ChatGPTDeprecated compatibility alias. Use list_business_numbers instead.
list_text_snippets
ChatGPTList company-shared text snippets in display order.
list_voicemails
ChatGPTList voicemails on the account, newest first. Recordings without spoken words are removed after transcription and left as missed calls.
list_webhook_deliveries
ChatGPTRead the latest 50 delivery attempts for one webhook subscription, without customer payloads. Partner OAuth requires webhooks:read and omits receiver response_body text, which can echo customer data.
list_webhooks
ChatGPTList webhooks configured on the account. Signing secrets are omitted; authorized create_webhook and update_webhook responses return them.
mark_activity_seen
ChatGPTMark activity seen through the observed_at timestamp returned by list_activity. Partner OAuth updates only resource types with write permission. Seen state is shared by the team.
request_business_number_porting
ChatGPTReplace an existing active DIDWW or InMobile business number with a number from the same country. Available on Free without buying another number. The existing number stays live as a temporary number; when the port completes, the old number takes over its routing and the temporary number is released. Requires no previous porting request or scheduled termination. DIDWW numbers need a provisioned DID; any inventory assignment must be assigned and match the provider. Danish numbers require a CVR tax_id. Obtain explicit user confirmation before requesting this replacement. Our team selects the destination provider and arranges the carrier transfer.
retry_message
ChatGPTSend a real, chargeable retry of a definitively failed text. Unknown acceptance cannot be retried.
send_message
ChatGPTSend one SMS from an active SMS-capable inMobile business number belonging to the authenticated employee company. This sends a real, chargeable SMS. Acceptance is not delivery; do not blindly retry failed requests.
set_call_thread_seen
ChatGPTMark calls and voicemails from a phone number as seen or unseen on a business number. Partner OAuth updates call and voicemail state only with the corresponding write permission. Marking unseen also clears voicemail listened state.
set_employee_do_not_disturb
ChatGPTEnable or disable do-not-disturb for an employee. When enabled they are skipped for inbound call offers on every business number. Optionally set expires_at (ISO 8601, future) so DND turns off automatically.
start_call_transfer
ChatGPTHold the customer and ring another available employee for a warm transfer. Only the controller can start.
terminate_business_number
ChatGPTPermanently close a business number at the end of its current billing period and stop its renewal charge. It remains active until then; the free-number discount moves to another remaining number. The company subscription is not canceled. Warn that the number cannot be recovered and obtain explicit user confirmation before calling.
test_integration_context
ChatGPTRun a signed caller-context lookup for an active installed partner application with caller_context:provide, using an E.164 phone number. Returns context (object or null) and phone without changing customer data. Uses the same SSRF and TLS restrictions as live lookups. A 424 includes diagnostics and a hint; invalid phones return 422. Other tenants and other applications for partner tokens return 404.
test_webhook
ChatGPTQueue an explicitly synthetic webhook.test event to only this subscription, signed with its secret like production deliveries and retries. No customer data is sent or mutated. HTTP 202 means queued, not delivered; inspect list_webhook_deliveries afterward. Requires webhooks:write and its webhooks:read prerequisite for partner OAuth tokens.
update_business_number
ChatGPTUpdate a business number name, timezone, language, call data, or recording setting.
update_business_number_incoming_call_config
ChatGPTReplace how incoming calls are routed during business hours. First read get_business_number to identify the current routing. When switching type, collect its required text and destinations before calling; for voicemail ask what greeting callers should hear. Changes take effect on the next call.
update_business_number_no_answer_config
ChatGPTReplace what happens when nobody answers: the fallback routing and ring timeout for a business number. First read get_business_number. Collect required text and destinations before switching type. Missing or null type clears the fallback; preserve the current type explicitly when only changing the timeout. Omitting timeout_secs preserves the timer.
update_business_number_outside_business_hours_config
ChatGPTReplace routing for calls outside business hours, and optionally update the weekly business hours themselves. First read get_business_number. Collect required greeting, welcome/message text, and destinations before switching type. Omit type to preserve routing while changing hours; null clears outside-hours routing.
update_company
ChatGPTUpdate company address, country, or VAT id.
update_contact
ChatGPTUpdate an existing contact.
update_department
ChatGPTUpdate a department. employee_ids replaces its complete membership. Read first and preserve existing members unless removal was requested. Waiting calls use current membership.
