Convert rent-roll CSV files and text-based PDFs into an inspectable direct-capitalization Excel workbook. revenue-kun previews extracted rent-roll rows and creates OER, detailed-expense, and extracted-rent-roll sheets for review and further analysis. It is an Apache-2.0, local-first OSS tool designed for real-estate practitioners. Files are processed locally and are not uploaded to a hosted service. OCR and scanned PDFs are not supported. Outputs are financial estimates, not appraisal, investment, legal, or tax advice.
