From Claude you can: list your connected social accounts, create a post for one or many platforms with a shared or per-platform caption, publish now or schedule for later in your timezone, save drafts, upload images and video from a public URL, request an upload link so a video or a batch of photos on your phone or laptop can be posted, add a first comment on X, Instagram, Facebook and Threads, set YouTube tags, check per-platform publish results, and pull views, likes and comments for what you have published. Fourteen tools in total. Media rules are enforced for you: Instagram needs a professional account and 1 to 10 items, YouTube exactly one video, LinkedIn takes images, one video or a PDF document carousel, X strips links from the body so put them in the first comment.
