ProntoFax
By ProntoFax
Overview
ProntoFax sends a fax from your phone or computer with no fax machine and no account. Ask Claude to send a fax, add the pages from your camera or a PDF, confirm the destination, and pay $2.99 by card in a form that opens in the chat. You are charged only when the fax is delivered. If it does not go through, you are not charged. What the connector does - Looks up verified fax numbers for US government offices from the ProntoFax directory: Social Security field offices, state unemployment and Medicaid agencies, the IRS by form, FEMA and more. Each number carries its official source and the date it was last verified. - Sends a fax of up to 25 pages, including an optional cover page, as photos or a PDF. A delivery confirmation with the time and page count goes to your email. What it does not do - It does not receive faxes. - It never guesses a fax number. When the directory has no verified number for an office, it uses the one on your letter. Payment is handled by Stripe on a ProntoFax checkout page. Your documents never pass through the assistant. They are used only to send your fax. Original photos are deleted as soon as they are processed, uploaded PDFs and processed pages within two days, and the fax document itself about 30 days after you send it. The delivery record stays as your proof of transmission, and confirmation comes by email. Details: https://www.prontofax.com/security/ Available in English and Spanish.
