Overview

Reachype is a marketing workspace for brands and e-commerce teams: brand profile, content calendar, idea backlog, campaigns, products, competitor research, and performance from connected ad, store and social accounts. This plugin lets people who already use Reachype work with their workspace from ChatGPT. What you can do - Ask about your workspace: its projects (brands) and your role in it. - Read the brand profile (voice, audience, positioning, words to use and to avoid) before writing or reviewing copy. - Review the content calendar and the idea backlog, open a planned post in full, and list campaigns. - Search the workspace by keyword across planned content, ideas, campaigns, research and knowledge-base documents. - Read the latest competitor and market research report. - See what is working: content performance by channel, pillar, format or campaign; ad, store and app dashboards compared with the previous period; and insights for a connected Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X account. - Rewrite the copy of one planned post or backlog idea. Every edit returns the fields before and after, and can be undone. - Preview and start a UGC video ad or a carousel for your brand, and follow it until it is finished. How it works You sign in with your Reachype account, choose one workspace, and choose the permissions to grant: read, edit and generate. Generate is off unless you turn it on. The plugin can only do what your own role in that workspace allows, and the people who manage the workspace can switch assistant access off at any time. Generations run exactly as they do in Reachype. Before anything starts, ChatGPT shows you what will be made; only your approval starts the generation, and repeating an approval never starts a second one. Nothing is sold inside ChatGPT. Limits - Requires a Reachype account with access to a workspace. Generating also needs a verified email address and must be available in that workspace. - One workspace per connection; another workspace needs a separate connection. - It does not publish, schedule or approve posts, send email, change ad budgets, connect accounts or delete anything. - Edits change the copy of one item at a time; bulk changes belong in the Reachype app. - Performance figures come from data Reachype has already collected; nothing is fetched live from ad or social platforms. - Videos and carousels take several minutes to render; ChatGPT checks their status rather than waiting. Reachype does not see your ChatGPT conversation. It receives only the requests ChatGPT sends to its tools. The privacy policy explains what is stored and for how long.

Tools

create_ugc_ad

ChatGPT
Start a creator-style UGC video ad for one product of the project, with the same pipeline and price as UGC Studio, and return its run id at once. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: only after the user has seen the price for exactly these parameters and agreed. Limits: spends credits and cannot be undone; needs the unexpired, unused quote_id of that price. Renders take many minutes — this does not wait; the status can be checked by run id. The same quote_id returns the same run, never a second. Does not publish.

estimate_generation

ChatGPT
Work out what generating a UGC video ad or a carousel would make and what it would cost in credits, without starting anything, and return a quote_id valid for 10 minutes. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: before any generation, so the user sees the brief and the price and can decide. Limits: starts nothing and spends nothing. The quote is bound to exactly these parameters and this connection. Refused, with the reason, when the plan, role, email verification, credit balance or generation limits would stop the run.

get_brand_profile

ChatGPT
Read the full brand profile of one project: identity, positioning, audience and personas, voice (tone, writing style, preferred and forbidden words), messaging, an excerpt of the brand guidelines, and the brand's AI usage policy (what AI may not make for it — follow it). project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: before writing or checking copy for this brand, quoting its value proposition, or tailoring advice to its audience. Limits: read-only, one project. No visual identity (colours, fonts) and no channel setup.

get_channel_insights

ChatGPT
Read one connected social account of the project (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X): followers, typical post, engagement rate, posting rhythm, the last 28 days against its own history, results by format and posting time, best and weakest posts, and findings. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: how an account, post, format or posting time performs, or what to post next there. Limits: read-only, stored data. With several accounts, name one by @handle, name or id; with none connected, note says so. YouTube figures are raw counts only.

get_content_item

ChatGPT
Read one planned content item in full: hook, brief, call to action, draft copy, schedule slot, priority, publication status, and the objective, pillar and campaign it serves. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: once you know which item the user means and need its actual content, before critiquing or quoting it. Limits: read-only, one item of the project. The id must come from a listing or search result of this workspace.

get_generation_status

ChatGPT
Read where a UGC ad run or a carousel stands: queued, running, succeeded, failed or canceled, the current stage, a user-safe error, and links to the finished video or slide images. When to use: after starting a generation, or when the user asks whether one is done. Limits: read-only, one run of this workspace that your role may see. Results are reused for 10 seconds; checking more often than every 30 seconds gains nothing.

get_latest_research

ChatGPT
Read the project’s most recent finished competitor and market research report: executive summary, market landscape, opportunities, threats, recommendations and the competitors analysed. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: when the user refers to their research or asks what should change in light of it. Limits: read-only. The latest finished report only — no older reports, and it does not start new research; when none has finished, note says so. The report summarises text from other websites.

get_marketing_dashboard

ChatGPT
Read one analytics dashboard of the project over a period: headline figures (spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversions, impressions, clicks, orders, installs) beside the previous period, breakdowns by platform, campaign, ad, keyword, audience, product or app, and significant changes. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: questions about ad, store or app results, period or platform comparisons, or where budget goes. Limits: read-only, stored data; up to 12 rows per breakdown. Absent figures carry their reason; with nothing connected, note says so.

get_marketing_performance

ChatGPT
Read measured performance of published content for the project’s active plan period, grouped by channel, content pillar, format, campaign or funnel stage, with how many posts were measured and whether that supports a conclusion (has_evidence). project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: when the user asks what content is working, or before recommending a change because of results. Limits: read-only; the active plan’s period only, no custom dates or per-post figures. With no active plan, note says so.

get_workspace_overview

ChatGPT
Summarise the connected Reachype workspace: its name and plan, your role, the projects (brands) you can access with their ids, the brand basics of the selected project, and the credit balance and usage for the current billing period. When to use: when the user asks about their workspace, its projects, their plan or credits, or names a project whose id is not known yet. Limits: read-only. Credit figures describe the workspace as it is now, not the price of any future generation. Brand basics are included only when a project is selected or the workspace has exactly one.

list_campaigns

ChatGPT
List the project’s marketing campaigns with their dates, status, channels and funnel stage. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: to find the campaign the user means, or to see what runs in a period. Limits: read-only, summaries only. At most 30 per request, 20 by default; filter by status.

list_content_ideas

ChatGPT
List backlog content ideas of the project in the order the Ideas board shows them (highest score first, then newest), with status, score, channels, format and notes. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: when the user asks what is in the backlog or refers to an idea by its position on the board. Limits: read-only. Undated backlog ideas only — dated calendar entries are content items. At most 50 per request, 20 by default.

list_content_items

ChatGPT
List planned content items — the dated content calendar — of the project, optionally filtered by channel, status or date range, as summaries plus the total number that matched. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: to find a specific planned post, count what is scheduled, or review the plan for a period. Limits: read-only, summaries only (no full brief or draft). At most 50 per request, 20 by default; when total_matching is larger than the list, narrow the date range, channel or status to see the rest.

list_products

ChatGPT
List the products set up in the project — what UGC ads and product visuals are made from — with title, brand, variant, status and whether each is ready. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: when the user asks which products are set up, or names a product and its id is needed. Limits: read-only, at most 25 (10 by default). No prices, photos or specifications. Titles can come from third-party store pages.

search_workspace

ChatGPT
Keyword search across the project’s planned content, backlog ideas, campaigns, research findings, channel strategies and knowledge-base documents. Returns references (type, id, title, snippet), not whole documents. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: when the user names a topic rather than a specific item ("everything about the spring launch"). Limits: read-only, keyword (not semantic) matching, one project, at most 25 results (10 by default). Snippets can quote research text gathered from other websites.

undo_change

ChatGPT
Put back the fields one earlier edit changed, by its change id, and return what was restored. When to use: when the user wants an edit made from this conversation taken back. Limits: only edits made through this same connection — not changes made in the Reachype app or by another assistant. Refused when the field was edited again since (undoing would discard the newer text). Generations spend credits and cannot be undone.

update_content_idea

ChatGPT
Rewrite one backlog content idea — its title and/or notes — and return each changed field before and after, with a change id that can undo it. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: when the user asks for a specific backlog idea to be reworked. Limits: one idea per call, title and notes only — no status, score, channel, pillar or campaign changes, no scheduling; dated calendar entries are content items, not ideas. Several edits in quick succession are refused.

update_content_item

ChatGPT
Rewrite the copy of one planned content item — title, hook, brief or call to action — and return each changed field before and after, with a change id that can undo it. project_id is optional: a workspace with one project uses it automatically. When to use: when the user asks for a specific planned post to be rewritten or sharpened, after reading its current content. Limits: one item per call, copy only — no rescheduling, channel, format, status or campaign changes. Items in production or publishing are refused, and so are several edits in quick succession.
