Renders an interactive love reading card: relationship temperature and compatibility for two people, from their birth dates and birth cities. Takes both birth dates (YYYY-MM-DD), both birth cities, and optionally each birth time (HH:mm), which sharpens the reading. If you do not already know both birth dates and both birth cities, ask the user for them first (e.g. "두 분이 태어난 도시도 알려 주세요" / "Which city was each of you born in?"), then call this tool. Pass each birth city in English or the local language, followed by the country — e.g. "Osaka, Japan", "Seoul, South Korea" — even if the user wrote it another way (a Korean exonym like "오사카" can match a different place). When they are already known and the user asks about their love reading or compatibility, call this tool immediately — do not ask for confirmation first. Only ask when something is missing. This tool returns band names only (low/mid/high, with the RYL wording in
label) — never a score. Narrate the bands as given and do not invent numbers, percentages, or units; the exact reading lives behind the RYL link.
