Overview

ServeStack helps independent restaurant owners run and grow their restaurant business: how customers find them online, their menu, their sales and their marketing. Any restaurant owner can use, without an account: - Website check: see what a restaurant's website is missing for customers — an online ordering link, a readable menu, a tap-to-call phone number, hours and address, or details Google and AI assistants can read — with the top fixes. - Google listing check: find what's missing or wrong on the restaurant's Google Business Profile — unclaimed, no website, no hours, no menu link, few photos. - Google Maps ranking: see where the restaurant shows up for searches like "pizza near me" from points around it, and who ranks above it. - Delivery-app commissions: work out what DoorDash, Uber Eats and other apps take each month, year and order, from the owner's own numbers. - Dish photo makeover: turn a phone photo of one of your dishes into a polished, full-size food photo for a menu or Instagram (one per person). Restaurants that use ServeStack can connect their account and ask about their restaurant in plain words: a sales briefing compared with an earlier period, the live menu, and whether ordering, payments and connected services are working. It can also edit menu items and mark dishes sold out, make marketing designs from real dishes, and post them to connected social accounts — always showing the change first and acting only after the owner confirms.

Tools

about_servestack

ChatGPT
What ServeStack is and what it does for restaurants, with its website. Use only when the user asks what ServeStack is or does.

apply_menu_change

ChatGPT
Step 2: apply a preview the owner explicitly approved. Refuses if the menu changed since the preview or it expired (30 minutes) — then preview again.

cancel_social_post

ChatGPT
Cancel a scheduled or draft post before it goes out.

check_google_business_profile

ChatGPT
Check a restaurant’s Google Business Profile (the Google Maps / Search listing; no account needed). Use when a restaurant owner (or someone working for the restaurant) asks whether their Google listing is set up right, why they don’t show up on Google Maps, or what to fix on Google. Not for diners asking whether a place is open or how its reviews are — that’s a regular search, and this check is slower and paid. Finds the profile by name and area, then reports what’s missing or off — unclaimed, no website, no hours, no phone, no menu or order link, few photos, one category — with evidence and the top fixes.

check_local_search_rank

ChatGPT
Where a restaurant appears in Google Maps for a search like "pizza near me" or "mexican restaurant", checked from the restaurant and four points about 1.5 km around it (no account needed). Use when an owner asks why they don’t show up for a search, or how they rank against nearby restaurants — not to recommend restaurants to diners. Returns its position from each point (or "not in the top 20") and the top 3 at the restaurant with their ratings and review counts.

create_creative

ChatGPT
Make the designs the owner approved, spending Studio credits — never more than max_credits (the est_credits they agreed to). Returns a batch_id; then call get_creative.

create_social_post_draft

ChatGPT
Draft a social post (not published): text plus optionally a Studio image (asset_id from get_creative), for the chosen accounts. Show the draft to the owner before publishing.

estimate_creative

ChatGPT
Quote before making marketing designs: how many Studio credits it would use and whether the restaurant has enough. Always call this and tell the owner the cost before create_creative.

estimate_delivery_app_fees

ChatGPT
Work out what delivery apps (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub…) cost a restaurant per month, per year and per order, from the owner’s own numbers (no account needed). Use when a restaurant owner asks how much they pay or lose in delivery-app commissions. If they don’t know their commission rate, it shows common levels. Shows its working; nothing is looked up or stored.

get_connection_status

ChatGPT
Is everything working at a location? Online ordering, payments, KitchenHub, printing, Google Business Profile and social accounts — each with a plain summary and a link to fix it in ServeStack. Shows the last known state; it does not contact the providers live.

get_creative

ChatGPT
Status and results of a Studio batch: each design with links to view or download its files (links last 24 hours; everything is also in the Studio Library).

get_owner_context

ChatGPT
Start here. Lists the restaurants and locations this owner shared, their role at each, what each restaurant has (online ordering, Studio credits), and dashboard links. Every other tool takes a location_id from this list.

get_owner_profile

ChatGPT
The signed-in ServeStack account (id, name, email). Use to confirm which account is connected.

get_restaurant_menu

ChatGPT
Read a location’s live menu: items, prices, options, sold-out status and whether each item is managed in ServeStack or synced from KitchenHub/POS. Use for menu questions and before suggesting promotions — never invent dishes, prices or ingredients.

get_sales_summary

ChatGPT
Sales briefing for a location from ServeStack online orders: orders, gross and net sales, refunds, average order, top items, busiest hours and channels — for calendar days in the restaurant’s time zone, compared with a matching earlier period. Report figures exactly as returned, with the coverage and definitions; say "online orders through ServeStack", never "total restaurant sales", and never call revenue profit.

get_social_accounts

ChatGPT
The social accounts connected for a location (account_id, platform, handle), for drafting a post.

get_social_post

ChatGPT
Status of a post: draft, scheduled, published (per platform) or failed, with the reason.

get_studio_options

ChatGPT
What ServeStack Studio can make for a location: its dishes (with item_id and whether they have a photo), goals and formats.

get_studio_trial

ChatGPT
Check a Studio photo started with try_studio_dish_photo. When completed, returns the photo link(s).

preview_menu_change

ChatGPT
Step 1 of a menu edit: show exactly what would change (price, description, on/off, sold out) without changing anything. Items whose price or on/off come from KitchenHub are refused with the reason. Show the owner the result and ask them to confirm.

publish_social_post

ChatGPT
Publish a drafted post now, or schedule it (schedule_at). This posts publicly on the owner’s accounts — only call it after the owner explicitly says to publish.

review_restaurant_website

ChatGPT
Check a restaurant’s website (no account needed). Use when a restaurant owner asks what’s wrong with their website, why they get few online orders or calls from it, whether a PDF menu is a problem, how to add online ordering, or why Google and AI assistants don’t show their details. Checks online ordering, menu, phone, hours, address, mobile setup and Google-readable details. Returns findings with the evidence seen on the page, the top fixes, and what couldn’t be checked. Report only what it found; a page our checker couldn’t load is not proof the site is broken.

try_studio_dish_photo

ChatGPT
Turn a restaurant owner’s phone photo of one of their dishes into a polished, professional food photo (no account needed) — for a menu, Instagram (1:1 post, 9:16 story) or a delivery-app listing. Use when an owner wants better food photos without a photographer. Restyles the real dish in a chosen look. Each person can make ONE photo here, delivered full size without a watermark — so make sure the dish, look and shape are what they want before calling. Not for photos of people, pets or anything that isn’t the restaurant’s food. Use a photo the owner provided of their own food. Returns a trial_id and guest_token — then call get_studio_trial with both until it’s ready (usually under a minute).
