Survicate MCP brings your customer feedback into Claude. Connect your Survicate workspace and explore surveys, responses and research findings in plain conversation, without dashboards or exports. What you can do: - Ask about your feedback in natural language, e.g. "What are users saying about onboarding?" or "Why did detractors give low scores this quarter?" - Browse surveys and pull results, including NPS, CSAT and CES scores, answer distributions and open-text responses for individual questions. - Draft new surveys from a short brief. They're saved as drafts in your workspace, so nothing goes live until you review and publish it. - Archive surveys you no longer need. - Start AI research projects in Research Hub. Pose a research question and get a written report with synthesized findings, supporting evidence and sentiment. - Search insights and raw notes in your research repository, and save new notes straight from Claude.
