Overview
VeraDial gives small businesses in the United States and Canada an AI receptionist and a dedicated business number. Vera answers incoming calls and texts, handles common questions, takes messages and connects callers through. This connector lets business owners ask Claude about their own VeraDial account: recent calls with AI screening summaries and transcripts, voicemails, text conversations, contacts with suggested follow-ups, Vera's outbound call results, phone lines and receptionist setup, and plan and usage. It is read-only. Claude can read this data but cannot place calls, send messages or change settings. Owners sign in with their existing VeraDial login. Example requests: - Summarize my business calls today and tell me what each caller wanted. - Which voicemails from this week still need a reply? - What questions did callers ask most this month?
