Overview
WhatSync lets ChatGPT read, search and reply to your WhatsApp chats, with you in control of what it can see. Link your WhatsApp from the WhatSync dashboard in about a minute, then pick the chats and groups ChatGPT can access. Ask things like "which chats am I behind on?" or "what did the supplier say about pricing?" and get answers backed by the original messages. What you can do: - See which chats are waiting for your reply - Search messages, contacts, photos and files - Summarize busy groups and pull out tasks, decisions and follow-ups - Write and send replies after you confirm the exact text - On the WhatsApp Business Platform: check templates, number health, delivery status and pricing, and run campaigns to people who opted in Your privacy: you choose which chats and groups are synced, you can skip one-to-one chats or exclude people, and you can delete synced chats at any time from the dashboard. ChatGPT asks you to confirm before it sends a message. WhatSync is an independent product. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

ChatGPTCreate a real group using the QR account and invite 1-50 named participants. Requires explicit user intent for these people; creation does not automatically enable syncing.
delete_chat
ChatGPTOwner-only and PERMANENT: remove every saved message, file and saved contact name for one QR chat from WhatSync (nothing is deleted on WhatsApp). stopSaving also skips that person, or unselects that group, so new messages are not saved. Only invoke when the user explicitly asks to delete this chat; confirm the conversation_id first with list_conversations.
