get_contact_details
ChatGPTReturns one contact with attributes, segment memberships, subscription status, last survey sent, and a timestamped activity timeline. Use list_contacts to find the ID.
get_intelligence_metric
ChatGPTGets overall Volume, NPS, CES, CSAT, Sentiment, and their breakdown for a project. Returns values in four shapes: value, trend, breakdown, and pivot. Use Value when a singular value is needed compared to a previous period. Use Trend if the value is needed broken down by period such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. Use Breakdown to get values broken down by location, team members (users), contact segment, theme, subtheme, and more. Can be used to get the trend of a specific theme or subtheme based on volume, sentiment, NPS, CES, and CSAT. Scoped to a project ID if passed; use without a project ID to get intelligence metrics at the account level. Use list_intelligence_projects to get the project ID. Scope resolves most-specific-first: subThemeId → themeId → projectId → account. A theme or subtheme ID implies its parent project.
get_intelligence_project_details
ChatGPTReturns one Intelligence project with its connected data sources, associated entities, and project users. Omit projectId for Account Intelligence.
get_reputation_metric
ChatGPTGets overall review rating, review count, replied-review count, and sentiment associated with reputation data sources. Returns values in four shapes: value, trend, breakdown, and pivot. Use Value when a singular value is needed compared to a previous period. Use Trend if the value is needed broken down by period such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. Use Breakdown to get values broken down by location, data source, star rating, apps, or products. Use Pivot for a table of data source × star rating, whose axes are published as row and column. Breakdown and pivot return at most 50 rows, setting truncated when more existed. Every metric supports every shape, and each publishes its figure as value: rating is the average stars, with responses and ratings; reviewCount is the number of reviews; repliedReviewCount is the number replied to from Zonka, with totalReviews and replyRate alongside — a reply posted directly on the review platform is not counted; sentiment is the share of classified reviews that are positive, with sentimentSplit alongside, and reviews carrying no sentiment label are excluded from that share. Can be filtered by data source, location, apps, products, sentiment, emotion, urgency, intent, and rating (1–5).
get_response_details
ChatGPTReturns one complete feedback record: the full question-and-answer set or ticket, chat, CSV, or review content; AI signals; tags; notes; the associated contact; and data-source metadata. Use list_responses to find the ID.
get_survey_details
ChatGPTReturns one survey's structure: every question with its type, its CX metric if any, and its answer choices. Question and choice IDs from here are required for answer-level filters in list_responses and get_survey_metric. Contact-information and contact-attribute questions also carry the contact field or attribute key they write to — filter those in responses via contactAttribute.<key>, not answer.<questionId>.
get_survey_metric
ChatGPTGets NPS, CES, CSAT, response count, sentiment score, completion rate, or average completion time for a survey, over a date range and optional filters. Returns four shapes: value — a single value versus the previous period; trend — the value broken down by period (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.); breakdown — the value split by one dimension such as location, channel, or contact segment; pivot — a table of rows × columns across two dimensions. Use list_surveys for the survey ID, get_survey_details for question and choice IDs, and list_attributes for response, location, user, and contact values to filter on. Use get_intelligence_metric for theme, intelligence-signal, and project-based metrics, and get_reputation_metric for review ratings and metrics.
get_theme_details
ChatGPTGet details of a specific theme or subtheme. Returns data including id, name, definition, volume, sentiment, NPS, CES, and CSAT. Use list_themes to get the theme or subtheme ID and pass it in the appropriate field. Use get_intelligence_metric to get trends for a theme or subtheme.
get_user_details
ChatGPTReturns one user with assigned locations, labels, and full permission set. Use list_users to find the ID.
list_attributes
ChatGPTReturns the account-specific values usable as filters for one object type per call. For response: tags, distribution channels, response types, and AI signals (emotion, intent, urgency, sentiment, churn risk). For contact: every contact attribute — the account defaults, the workspace's own custom ones, and the four identity fields (name, email, mobile, external id) — each with its key, type and source (standard | default | custom). For user: labels and roles. For location: labels. Pass the objectType you need. A contact attribute's key is the one identifier every other tool takes: get_survey_metric(breakdownby='contact_attribute', breakdownbyParam='<key>') to split by it, and a filters leaf on contactAttribute.<key> to restrict to a value. Use the key, never the id.
list_contact_segments
ChatGPTLists contact segments — saved groupings of contacts by shared traits. Static segments have fixed membership; dynamic segments re-evaluate. Use the returned ID in list_contacts, list_responses, and get_survey_metric.
list_contacts
ChatGPTLists contacts with identity and subscription status. Use get_contact_details for one contact's attributes, segments, and activity timeline.
list_datasources
ChatGPTLists connected and imported data sources — review platforms, support ticketing and chat integrations, and CSV uploads. Use the returned ID to scope list_responses, get_reputation_metric, and get_intelligence_metric.
list_intelligence_projects
ChatGPTLists Intelligence projects. An intelligence project analyses one or more data sources to extract themes and subthemes and produce volume, NPS, CES, CSAT, and sentiment overall and per theme or subtheme. To get account-level intelligence, call any Intelligence tool without a projectId.
list_locations
ChatGPTLists configured locations — branches, stores, or sites set up in the account, each with an address and labels. Use the returned ID to scope surveys, responses, metrics, and reputation.
list_quotes
ChatGPTGet a list of quotes associated with the theme or subtheme of a project. A quote is verbatim text from a response comment or content that is the direct reason the response was tagged with the theme or subtheme. Use list_intelligence_projects for the project ID and list_themes for theme and subtheme IDs.
list_responses
ChatGPTLists individual feedback records for surveys, reputation reviews, and records from intelligence data sources including chats, tickets, CSV data, and more. One row per record, not aggregated. Use get_survey_metric for counts and averages, and get_response_details to get the full details of a survey response including its questions and answers. All filters combine with AND.
list_surveys
ChatGPTLists surveys in the account. Use get_survey_details for a survey's questions and choices, list_responses for its feedback, and get_survey_metric for its scores and metrics.
list_themes
ChatGPTGet a list of themes for a completed intelligence project. Themes are topics used to segregate or tag responses within an intelligence project based on the main idea in the data. A subtheme is a more granular topic within a theme. If a project ID is not passed, returns data for the account-level intelligence. If a theme ID is provided, returns the list of subthemes associated with that theme.
list_users
ChatGPTLists all users in the account: platform users who can sign in, and external agents who are rated in feedback but cannot sign in. Use get_user_details for one user's assigned locations, labels, and permissions.
who_am_i
ChatGPTReports the authenticated user, their account, and which of this server's tools are available to them. Identity comes from the presented credential — no argument selects a different user. dateRanges.lifetime is the account's all-time window — oldest response through today, in the workspace timezone — in the shape every tool's dateRange accepts; dateRange itself takes explicit ISO dates and resolves no relative tokens. from is null when the account holds no responses.
